Healthy Paws – Return & Refund Policy
At Healthy Paws, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with every purchase. If you receive an incorrect item, we’ll be happy to arrange a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you can share proof of payment (your original order confirmation is sufficient).
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or call us on +965 6696 9806.
Once your request is received, our Healthy Paws Support Team will schedule a pickup and drop-off on the same day. However, return and exchange requests will only be processed after 5 PM the following day (excluding Sundays).
Upon Delivery:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If any products are damaged during transit, you must report it at the time of unboxing. It’s important to keep all original packaging materials in case a return is required.
Refund & Payment Policy

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout. Alternatively, customers may opt to receive the amount as store credit or reward points.

Credit Card Refunds: Processed within 10 to 15 business days

KNET Refunds: Processed within 3 to 5 business days
Additional Return Conditions

Orders with a total value under 5 KWD are eligible for return; however, a 1 KWD return delivery fee will apply.

For customers in remote areas (as listed in our Delivery & Installation section), the return delivery fee is 3 KWD.

If your item was purchased during a sale or promotional offer, returns and exchanges will only be processed after the promotion ends.

If you used reward points during checkout (partially or fully), the refund will be issued as reward points only—cash refunds are not available for these payments.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons:

Garments, pet clothing, toys, and pet beds

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or soiling

Products exposed to fleas, ticks, ringworm, or other transferable conditions

Items that require custom installation (e.g., scratching posts, large pet furniture) once they have been assembled or installed.

Pet foods such as dry or wet food.
